Dr. Libor Pastika is an MRC Clinical Research Fellow and a PhD candidate in Artificial Intelligence in Cardiology. As a clinician-coder, he architects the deep-learning models and leads fairness testing across diverse cohorts. His work on AI-ECG technology has been recognised with multiple international Young Investigator Awards.
Dr Pastika is driving software development at Cardiovolt.ai, overseeing IEC 62304 compliance and leading the development of AI-ECG models.
He continues to oversee the ongoing refinement of AI-ECG algorithms to maintain industry-leading accuracy and fairness, and he will be the primary liaison to technical partners, guiding the development of robust APIs and clinical decision-support tools to integrate the platform seamlessly into clinical workflows.
